It was hard to hear, but I thought he was answering a question about RBs falling out of the first round being the new norm...his response was he liked Hill and mentioned Hyde, but said it had to be a team specific fit. Unless of course it was a AP type RB.
I don't think he was indicating they would have taken Hill if he was there.
