Taking the family from out of town to NOLA this weekend. I am thinking either Parkway Tavern or Killer Poboys depending on when we end up at the quarter hungry
Any other places I should be considering for poboys?

I had a Shrimp PB from Parkway a couple of weeks ago and it was fantastic. The Roast Beef there is good but it needs some salt.

Parkway and Johnny's may be the best pick for large groups. Not sure how many you're taking, back of the Erin Rose can be a little packed sometimes.

Parkway and Guys, as stated, are both top notch. My favorite shrimp pbs in the city.
Johnny's for sure is the best in the FQ if that's where you want to be. Killer is good, but not traditional poboys and it's tiny tiny. It's a better spot for a loner to eat IMO.
I think Rivershack Tavern does a fantastic oyster poboy, and it's also a good place for a group. Just have to drive a little bit out there if you're staying downtown.
Mahoneys is bland and overpriced.
