Little over an hour away. Interesting undercard at least. Hopefully Perriban puts a beating on Love, and Molina on Broner.

Collazo
I am leaning towards Collazo too. I am looking forward towards this fight the most. Im sure it will be typical Khan where he comes out looking brilliant until the inevitable happens and his chin gets touched.

I like Collazo, but he's always choked in his big fights where it's expected of him to come to fight. It's not that he didn't arguably win some of them, but he didn't throw. He can talk all day long about being the underdog, but when it's expected of him to finally rise above it, he makes boring fights where you can't really fault the judges for screwing his arse. Khan in 12

And another thing, since he's a Haymon fighter now, don't say you just 'have fun' in there. If boxing is fun, you fight. He's always failed to do that when the spotlight is on him

I'm gonna fit right in with boxing threads. Anyone in laffy going to be at a bar watching?

I agree with all of that about Collazo. And no doubt about it, Khan will be the more talented fighter and should outwork Collazo. I just think Collazo touches his chin sometime in the first half of that fight and, as usual with Khan, the fight plan goes out the door after that happens.

Khan hasn't fought in over a year and in his last fight against Julio Diaz he looked like garbage. He was almost stopped on more than one occasion.
Collazo has been active and is coming off a big KO win. I know Ortiz is finished as a fighter but it did a lot in terms of confidence for Collazo. Plus he's known for giving problems to fighters carrying lots of hype.....Hatton and Berto are good examples.

Good call on picking Periban. Hope he hasn't thrown himself out.

Wow Periban goes from nearly finishing Love to completely punched out with nothing left in the tank.

approximately what time will Mayweather fight?
Posted on 5/3/14 at 8:38 pm to mailman
Great comeback. Was all but out in round 5 and dominates round 6. He looked completely rejuvenated by the end of the 6th.
