The threat of having your club taken away from you should be enough punishment to keep that from happening. And besides, if that's the worry you should be able to figure out a way to do it without building even more of an advantage for the biggest clubs
Yes keep an endless cycle going of irresponsible ownership of teams spending more than their needs.
This shite can make a club be awful for years. Look at Leeds or FCK in germany.

More likely City will sell Dzeko, Lescott, Sinclair, and Lescott.
Lescott is out of contract, so they can't sell him once not to mention twice.
He will leave, though.

What about them? Those owners suffered major financial losses for their irresponsibility.

And so do the clubs and fans even with new owners. I don't think you are grasping this. Out of control spending for years and years always ends up with the same results.

Diego Costa agrees to Chelsea move
Goal.com By Wayne Veysey 2 hours ago
Diego Costa has agreed to join Chelsea this summer. A deal worth 75 million pounds, including transfer fee and salary, was finalized at a meeting in London less than 24 hours after Costa's penalty inspired Atletico Madrid's 3-1 Champions League win over the Blues on Wednesday. Chelsea will pay around £35 million for the striker, although a significant portion of the transfer fee includes agents' fees. The Europa League champion will also more than triple the wages of Costa, who is believed to earn around £50,000 per week at the Estadio Vicente Calderon. Chelsea is set to hand the 25-year-old a five-year contract worth £150,000 a week.

Your concerns could easily be addressed by making a rule against financing transfer fees over multiple years. If you want to spend 30 million euros on a striker that's fine but you have to pay it all up front and not add debt to the club in future years. You could also make rules about borrowing money to run the club.
I know why you love FFP, had it been in place 10 years ago ManU would have won even more EPL titles, just don't act like this is some godsend for the sport against these irresponsible owners. It's about the clubs at the top not liking competition and trying to legislate out that competition.

1. It's a rumor
2. Randy hates Diego Costa, so that's probably why he's pissed at you

1. Goal.com claims it is done deal.
2. Asking for one to be banned = sniveling little count.

I would take Martinez if Bayern decide to sell him. They won't but still.
