Superman The Movie:
The long shot of Superman first appearing in costume and Reeve rising and flying past the camera.
Every time that Christopher Reeve's Superman refers to someone as "Sir".
Batman: The Dark Knight
Batman standing at the top of the skyscraper, looking down on the city.
The Rocketeer:
Cliff spotted in action with the American flag as his backdrop.
Spider-Man:
Mary Jane telling Peter, "Go get'em Tiger", followed by Peter swinging through the top of New York City.
The Fantastic Four:
Johnny Storm flying for the first time.
Iron Man:
Tony intercepted in flight by U.S. Fighters.
Superman Returns:
Superman turning mid-flight to disintegrate falling building glass with his heat vision.
X-Men II:
Assault on Xavier School.
Magneto escapes his plexiglass prison.
"You are a god among insects. Never let anyone tell you different."
Captain America: The First Avenger:
Pre-serum Steve Rogers jumping on that grenade.

The White House scene is a good one. I hated Nightcrawler as a character in X2 though. Which sucks bc he is one of my favorite XMen.

For me, it just doesn't get any better than this...

For me, easily, the Dr Manhattan origin and assembly of himself and his fortress on Mars.
Damn, I could watch this scene all day long
And this quote
quote:
I've longed to witness such an event, and yet I neglect that in human coupling, millions upon millions of cells compete to create life, for generation after generation until, finally, your mother loves a man: Edward Blake, the Comedian, a man she has every reason to hate, and out of that contradiction, against unfathomable odds, it's you — only you — that emerged. To distill so specific a form, from all that chaos; it's like turning air into gold. A miracle. Now dry your eyes, and let's go home.

The Avengers: LINK
That turnaround shot of the whole team for the first time is one of the greatest moments in super hero cinema, matched perfectly with the Alan Silvestri score.
This scene gives me chills. So awesome.
Also liked the first flight scene in MoS.
Liked the last scene of Batman riding off with Gordon giving the closing monologue.
Thor- when he fights all the shield agents in the rain to get to Mjolnir & tries to pull it out.

The gangster played by Paul Sorvino says "Go get him kid" right after the Rocketeer flies away from the flag.

I forgot about Watchmen. Too many scenes to list... but a few here:
Archimedes rising out of the river.
The Comedian jumping down from the Owlship.
Jon Osterman being reduced to atoms in the Intrinsic Field Subtractor.

Dr. Manhattan is one of the coolest super heroes ever but there's not that much about him. It's a shame.

Man of Steel = Superman's fights against his fellow kryptonians
Batman Begins = batmobile chase scene
TDK = opening bank robbery scene
TDKR = the scene with the bat exploding with the nuke, the tranquil music, the clock ticking down and Batman looking at the water in a peaceful mood. I'll never forget the rush of emotion I had when I thought omg they killed batman and also the statue they put up in the scene after.
The Wolverine = the train fight scene
Spiderman 2 = doc ock train fight scene
Avengers = helicarrier rising out of the water
Thor Movies = anything with Asgard in it, that place is fricking gorgeous. I loved the funeral scene with thor's mother, it was such a beautiful scene and very moving.
Captain America: The First Avenger = cap's fight with red skull and his sacrifice to save his country by diving the plane into the ground.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier = cap's understanding and heeding of Nick Fury's warning.
The incredible hulk = hulk vs abomination fight.

Superman II - The moment Clark knows he can't hide who he is from Lois anymore.
After Spider-Man saves the train in Spider-Man 2, and the people realize he's just a kid
Nightcrawler attacks the White House in X2.
The last scene of Unbreakable where Bruce Willis reveals to his son that he was right and that Willis saved the family from the rapist.
The plane rescue scene in Superman Returns.
Also:
Superman- Virtually everything before Otis appears.
Batman Begins- "...it's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me..."
The Dark Knight- Any scene with the Joker.
Thor- Thor flying through that giant creature's skull on the ice planet and then landing like a boss. Later, Thor getting his hammer back.
The Avengers- Captain America jumping out of the plane.
The Avengers- The scene with The Other telling Loki what's going to happen if he betrays them. "You will have your war, Asgardian. If you fail, if the Tesseract is kept from us, there will be no realm, no barren moon, no crevice where he can not find you. You think you know pain? He will make you long for something as sweet as pain."
