And quit saying "obviously"....

They won the case and the company lost. How can you say something is obvious at this point? It's just dumb. The facts were laid out in trial.

Cause you keep saying they should have somehow known ahead of getting sick that it was a harmful situation.

I never said that.

I said if they thought the well was too close to their house, they could have protested it before they drilled it.

please link where I said anything about them being to blame or that they should have known they'd get sick beforehand. otherwise, you're putting words in my mouth.

There you go again..."too close to their house" Too close for what? They didn't file a noise suit did they? So what the frick are you saying they should have known to realize the setup was "too close" for their safe being? SO since it is not a noise complaint, you have to mean too close for health issues...so how the frick were they supposed to know their health was at risk in advance? DO you think someone warned them and they ignored the warnings?

Do you get it now?

don't you think it would be important to the case or the article to include that they were fighting it from the beginning? it's clear they weren't until they got sick

THis is simply the stupidest thing I've read in a while. Yes! When they got sick from the fracing, they started fighting for their safety.

And I know you won't answer my last post. You have no answer and you are caught in your own shite, so therefor you play it off.

But yes, you are right and everyone else who read your crap and thinks you are looking dumb is wrong.

Glad the family drilled them. 791 feet is ridiculous.

the family obviously allowed it to happen or didn't protest the location before the drilling started.

They'r on the verge of starting to frac of 1088 in mandeville right by our house and our HOA is urging us to voice our opinions at upcoming town hall meetings.

Parish and local governments apparently have zero say, so they are asking us to be the loud minority.

Frac will take less than a week. Noise will be minimal. Biggest aggravation will be all the lights at night. What's the problem?
