If my tax dollars and TAF donations are going to go to paying atheles then the drug penalties should be stronger not weaker.

I would MUCH rather our players be able to go home, relax after countless hours of hard work and smoke a doobie instead of going out to bars drinking, driving and getting into trouble. Just my .02
