Are you STILL trying to claim all of the sales taxes collected at the Mall of Louisiana, Perkins Rowe and Siegen Market Place are paid by people who live in St George?

That would be the only way to interpret anyone's posts who claim BR depends on St George's taxes.

No, but I am maintaining that businesses domiciled outside of BR pay fees, collect taxes, and are a key player in the finances of EBR Parish and the City of Baton Rouge.

I stand by what I posted, we all know sales taxes collected can be from anywhere even from people who live in a foreign country.

I realize that it works both ways. Baton Rougeans spend money in SG and SGeans spend money in BR.
