My only issue with the diet is the misinterpretation of the results by it's practitioners.

People lose weight or have body re-composition and immediately attribute it to their body responding to "the way humans are suppose to eat". They ignore the fact that by eliminating many items they normally would eat, they've lowered their calorie intake.

Weight loss is about calories consumed vs. calories burned. It has nothing to do with eating like a caveman.

in addition, weight loss doesn't automatically mean you're eating healthy or that you are getting healthier at all.

I contribute my weight loss to not eating like a fat arse and no longer watching 3 hours of TV every night.
