I honestly don't remember when but I think so. Led to ruining the best tailgating at uga due to restrictions levied based on that weekend

Please don't act like this was a 1-time deal for UGA fans/students. UGA folks are extremely dirty/trashy.....y'all have no respect for anything and trash everywhere you go.
