I don't think a piston gives us much over DI ARs, so I'd put the money into the 308. DI ARs now run like a top.
I'd also rather have 2 Colts than 1 LWRC. HOWEVER, if you've got the cash for it, go cat go!

I definitely don't argue this point. They were designed that way and run great.
