What do I use it in. It's great in red beans. It's good with fried eggs instead of bacon or regular ham. It's also good in pasta dishes like shrimp and tasso.

The seasoning is very basic,black,white and red pepper. Paprika, thyme,onion and garlic powder. Salt and gumbo file. As for the cook time,25 minutes at 225,and 10 to 15 minutes at 350.
