federal porn laws still apply, even if age of consent is lower.
for example, in alabama, its legal for a 16 year old to sleep with a 40 year old dude (as long as he isnt a teacher or something) but they both can be charged with felonies for sending/receiving child porn if she texts him a pic of her twat
