I left LSU with one class left with a GPA of around 2.0. When I decided to go back and finish I was readmitted with out an issue. I did have to write a letter to the dean of my college explaining my reasoning for leaving in the first place but I didn't have any problems once that was done.

BRCC > SELU bro

You aren't getting back into LSU. Trust me.

oh and just to clafify, I mean go to BRCC, then go to SELU

Not that BRCC is better than SELU. It isn't. BRCC is an academic wasteland.

Wait you do realize this website has no official connection to LSU and especially not in any kind of academic capacity. Anything someone said to you regarding your academic status in a thread on the OT is worth essentially nothing.

SELU is an hour drive. SHite, I never considered not being able to go to LSU. I wanted to to study abroad or nse. or live in ECA. but it is a blessing in disguise, I might be able to go to southeastern and major in business again.

Go see a counselor shite 4 brains. IIRC, you have to write a letter, get advised, register for classes, and take EDCI 1001

Mick,

False. My roommate freshman year failed first semester so was placed on probation. He then failed his second semester and was dropped from the university. He sat out that fall then was readmitted on a probationary status that following spring, where he had to make at least a 2.5 for the semester. He made a 3.something that spring he came back and ended up getting his degree. Once you are scholastically dropped from LSU, you are required to sit out at least 1 semester. What one does with that time is up to them, but if they want to sit out they can.

ETA: Hammertime is right hahaha I remember my buddy telling me how easy that EDCI 1001 was. He said his teacher acted like a kindergarten teacher and would spoon feed everything.

GPA has to exceed a 2.0 for readmission.

You are allowed to register for summer only classes at LSU no matter your GPA.

A business venture caused me to fail two semesters in a row...on an epic scale. Screwed my GPA up...one summer class then back in.

Our class was football players and frick ups. When we would come in hungover, she would just tell us to go lay down

I got kicked out once for a semester, and the second time for a year. Ended up straightening up and got my degree after a while
