I guess if you want to start with their popular songs, Love is the Drug, Avalon, More than This, Dance Away, Street Life.
As far as albums, IMO, each song is hit or miss on every early album unless you're a big fan(meaning acquired taste). Siren is pretty good overall. I personally like Avalon.
Also, check out Bryan Ferry's solo stuff.

I like mid-career Roxy Music, after Eno left but before they got all adult contemporary. Stranded and Country Life are probably my two favorite albums by them.
Brian Eno is my hero, but like Cdawg said, Brian Eno era Roxy Music is really hit or miss. That said, "If There is Something" off their first album is by far my favorite RM song.

Also if you like Roxy Music, I'd suggest trying out some of Brian Eno's early pop albums.
Here Come the Warm Jets, Taking Tiger Mountain, and Another Green World are all masterpieces and IMO, better than anything Roxy Music ever did.
Most of the band expect Bryan Ferry's werid arse play on the albums. I like to think it's what Roxy Music would have sounded like if Eno took over the band instead of Ferry.

I would add Siren to that, but over all agree

I really liked the reunion live album they did several years ago. Recorded at the Apollo as I recall. As for songs, my personal favorite is "Out of the Blue". The songs are pretty hit or miss but the good ones are really good.

I really appreciate all you guys! I really like Bryan Ferry and the late 70s, very early 80s stuff like "Oh Yeah" and "Dance Away".
