Classical prog era:
Any Genesis album from Trespass to Wind & Wuthering (particularly Foxtrot), ELP up to Works Vol. 1, any Pink Floyd prior to Pros & Cons of Hitchhiking, Aqualung, Even in the Quietest Moments, most Yes from that era, UK, Todd Rundgren's Utopia, Brand X, King Crimson.
Modern prog era:
Umphree's, Jordan Rudess, John Petrucci, Black Light Syndrome, Liquid Tension Experiment, Steve Hackett's Genesis Revisited albums.
Edited to add Porcupine Tree (thanks MDS). And yes, Abacab still sucks.

Love'em. Masques and Unorthodox Behaviour are classics.
As to the OP, try Chimera and II=I by the band, Andromeda.
Planets; Ocean; or Dawn, by the German prog group, Eloy.
I love Tarkus and Trilogy by ELP
Free Hand, by Gentle Giant, is very good.
Script for a Jester's Tear, Misplaced Childhood, and Clutching at Straws by Marillion are unbelievable.
Dilemma on Earth, by Ticket to the Moon. Very good, and only $5 on Amazon digital downloads.
