That's about the most bass-ackwards asinine thing I've heard in ages. I hope they can change the laws about this soon.

Get in touch with your state reps. Hebert said they were looking to change it this session, but they didn't have a sponsor yet. You can spin it by saying it promotes small businesses and encourages tourism.
