No Dr peppers, way more water with sweet tea every now and then.
Ive been eating a little better, and try to avoid eating after 7 at the latest.
Its helped me lose a little weight.
Making more positive changes to come, its a work in progress.

I used to KILL some Dr Pepper but switched to Coke Zero and then weaned myself off of sodas almost completely now. Only drink unsweet tea now as well.
Its amazing how much sugar we take in without really thinking about it.

This. It's amazing how much time people devote to this when they have it. Now that I'm off of them I'm not on my phone nearly as much anymore.
Also with the phone is at dinner or any meal that's at a table no phones allowed. It's amazing to be at a restaurant and to see everyone in the family not look up from their phones then dinner comes they all eat then go right back to theirs phones.
Last time all of my friends were together we stacked all of our phones in a pile on the table and if anyone grabbed their phone before the checks came they had to pay for all. It was one of the best lunches we had all had together in a long time.

I haven't tried audio books, but I did switch away from music...
I drive quite a bit for work and was getting really tired of it. I quit listening to music and now listen almost exclusively to talk radio of one form or another (nothing political). I like public radio and espn radio primarily. This has made a world of difference in my driving...I actually look forward to hearing certain shows now instead of just dreading the drive.

In the last 2 years...
Quit smoking (social smoker)
Rarely drink alcohol (good bourbon/blended red wine occasionally)
Weight training and cardio
Did a 3 month juice fast now have 3-4 juices a day plus healthy dinner before 7pm (pan seared tuna steaks tonite with fresh pineapple/mango salsa pulp from juicer)
Drink tons and tons of water

Cut out booze, cut out soft drinks, Yogalates. All are fantastic

Workout 2-3 times per week in the mornings before work.
Wake up at the same time each morning.
Less soft drinks, more water.
Stopped snacking between meals

Wanted to kill everything that moved or made a sound from days 3-7. I was also irritable from coming off of caffeine. But, after day 7 it was smooth sailing. Takes lots of willpower to start. But overall, I felt fantastic. Tons of energy, clarity and focus. Of course, I lost weight, but kept telling myself it was to get healthy. If anyone does juicing just to lose weight I don't think it would be successful.

Oddly enough I have started this too. I moved recently and added 10-15 minutes to my commute, so I started listening to podcasts. I have 8 regular ones and they all post 2-4 times a week and on differing days so theres usually only a few drives a week that I don't listen to them (Tuesdays are the worst).
I've also changed my diet a bit recently and added more carbs and I've felt excellent recently. I have a lot more energy

Recently? adding cardio 3x/week, cooking more and bringing my food instead of buying lunch/dinner somewhere

Healthy eating and regular exercise.
I've gone from 230 lbs to 175 lbs. At one point I was down to 165 lbs but a recurring knee problem keeps me from running as much as I'd like.

Started the Advocare 24 day challenge, eating better, cut out sodas and stopped worrying about the small stuff. I enjoy life more now.

That's awesome. I am trying to get down from 215-220 to about 195. I look athletic and decent right now but Id like to be smaller.
