I work with a bunch. Must of these guys mentioned are pretty good. I like Phillip Moser's work a lot.

Totally appreciate all the recs... Couldn't get back to the thread b/c of family emergency ... I will research the firms listed. Basically just want design then I will bid out since the property is on the river way out of town from BR. I appreciate the recs, guys thanks!
