Why would anyone base their thoughts about this on the spokesman's profile? He started out making this solely about a new school district, nothing more.
It turned into an incorporation effort after 2 years of trying for a new school district and failing because of the lack of a city, according to the advocate. I wouldn't care if the guy clubbed baby seals and sold the corpses. The school system in EBR is terrible and those people are tired of paying for it.

Does that not make you wonder why he's working so hard to form a new city, along with his business partner, state senator Bodi White, and Rainey doesn't even live in the proposed new city or school district? (Neither does White, for that matter.)
