I don't like how they show you one word at a time. Way to choppy.

I've always been a slow reader. I was just saying at lunch yesterday, no matter how much more I read, I don't read faster at all. I'm gonna give it a try, why not

I swear I think that they left out the words "time" and "give" on the bottom one. Maybe not, but I can't see them.

According to a researcher (sic) at Cambridge University, it doesn't matter in what order the letters in a word are, the only important thing is that the first and last letter be at the right place. The rest can be a total mess and you can still read it without problem. This is because the human mind does not read every letter by itself but the word as a whole.

This is not new technology. Software like this has been around for 10 or 20 years.

Except it would be impossible to fully retain the information you are reading. When I read subjects I'm interested in, I often like to pause and contemplate the ideas I've read and weigh alternatives and other concepts that it relates to. That is impossible doing this. How someone can use this technique and read material with great depth of subject matter is beyond me. Props if you can do it I guess but I can't see how.
