We have 401k. $1 for $1 match up to 5% of salary.

4 to 5 weeks of PTO

8 paid holidays.

They also pay short term and long term disability.

Ok I have 401k matching up to 5% and a pension. Can have up to 5 weeks of vacation after I put the time in. Pay is less but does the pension make up for it? 1.5 x years of service.
