any word on that? I'm guessing costs are the reasons Parish isn't making this a regular? this is definitely a very nice DIPA that would be great year round.

A couple years ago I picked up a beer made by a NM brewery that was brewed with green chilies. Saw it at Ambassador Spirits in Lafayette. Was definitely an interesting flavor.
This isn't bad. I've sure as hell had worse. Would never buy a 6-pack or bomber, but can see myself ordering one every now and then at a bar.

2BD and Last BD: Fort Bend Texas Lightning IPA
First time, not sure how I feel about this. Not very hoppy. Kinda like a Sweetwater 420, which I enjoyed the hell out of by the pool in Florida last Summer, but it was the best option. In a place with better options, don't think I'd go back to it.
Took a taste test of the Southern Tier Nitro IPA. Taste kinda flat and flavorless. Did not end up ordering.

He's evidently working on it now. Although most of us agree that it is a very good DIPA, he is not satisfied and wants to improve it.
