Who is legally in charge in Ukraine?

Putin claims that the exiled president was violently thrown from office illegally.
Wiki seems to agree:

But just like anything, possession in 9/10ths of the law.

Putin will possess most of Ukraine within a matter of months.

Well the exiled president was removed from his office by a vote in the Ukrainian parliament. However, there is talk that the Ukrainian parliament did not follow the correct procedures.
On the flip side, the pro-Russian head of Crimea was voted in after the Russian military surrounded the Crimean parliament last week. This guy's party represents a whopping 3% of the Crimean parliament.
So, who knows what is legitimate anymore.

So, was Yanukovych legitimately the president in the first place?

I think I've seen that before but the wiki article doesn't mention it.

The election has been widely recognized and endorsed as being fair and an accurate reflection of voters' intentions by all international agencies observing the election including the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.[56][57]

We know it's not Putin. Right ?
Let Ukraine determine who is in charge. It's not Putin or Obama's job to do that.

Try this:

Given the extent of the fraud described by witnesses, a better question might be, "How didn't Yanukovych's supporters try to fix the election?" The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe sent 563 election observers to the Ukraine, and their allegations run the gamut from voter intimidation to ballot-box stuffing.
According to the OSCE, the irregularities started well before the election, as many state employees suspected of being opposition sympathizers were forced to hand their absentee ballot certificates to their bosses. Those certificates entitle the bearer not to a mail-in ballot, but rather to vote at any polling place in the Ukraine on Election Day. No one's quite sure what happened to the certificates that were turned over, but it's quite possible that they were distributed to pro-Yanukovych voters. Those voters, with multiple certificates in hand, were then allegedly bused from polling station to polling station, enabling them to vote several times.

And the president before that was put there by the US.
There isn't much legitimacy in this entire saga.

yeah that was the 04 election. What happened in 2010 that was suspicious?

the pro Russian candidate won despite massive accusations of fraud.
And before we start saying both sides are equivalent, lets go back to the 04 election in the Ukraine. The pro Western candidate had survived poisoning before being elected. So yes we are all equivalent here.

Our government admits to investing billions into Ukrainian politics.

Putin says this b/c he was a Russian backed and funded puppet who won in a extremely corrupt election with wide spread voter fraud and bought votes in eastern Ukraine.
Anyone believing Putin in all this from the Ukrainian president to protecting ethnic Russians from ethnic cleansing is a fool.

Didn't say that.
There seems to be a perception that Russia is the only aggressor in this situation.
When in fact they're not.
Imagine if Russia was spending billions to control Canadian politics in an effort to hurt our economy and gain military advantages over us, as part of an overall goal to create a global economic homogeny.
That's essentially what we've done to the Russians via Ukraine.
They're not innocent, but we certainly aren't either.
Applying the whole truth to the narrative is important.

— about 300,000 voters who voted but were not in the "Register of Voters of Ukraine";
— about 1.3 million voters who "without right" voted in their homes;
— about falsification in the election in the eastern regions (Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv region, Crimea, etc.)
— fixed by law-enforcement officials.[6]
Tymoshenko stated, "I and my political party will never recognize Yanukovych as the legitimately elected president of Ukraine", and "an honest court will assess that Yanukovych was not elected President of Ukraine, and that the will of the people had been rigged".[21]
Almost immediately after being inaugurated the second time, Yanukovych had his opponent, Yulia Tymoshenko, arrested and put in prison. She was just released from prison two weeks ago on the day Yanukovych fled the country.

no no its not. The Canadians would tell them to frick off. Most of Ukraine want western European and the US help. They want to be in the EU and the Putin backed leaders are blocking it.

Secondly, even if the US supported someone, as we did to help get Yeltsin re-elected in his last election in Russia, is that the same as the US using the CIA to rig an election through voter fraud?
You probably don't see a difference.
I do.
