Followed the recipe below except I didn't measure. Really good flavor. I increased everything. I had 2 lbs of beans. Will repeat this one many times.

Yikes, that's a lot of butter and oil. Did it need all of that? I like to use as little as possible - I'm eating veggies for a reason.....

Edit: Maybe that's not too much. If you get 4 servings out of it, it's only a little over a tbsp oil per serving.
