I'm an IT nerd but in programming, not IP/networking things. But can't you simply post the ad from a McDonalds parking lot to have a different IP from your home network?

This...The issue is CHANGING your IP, not just renewing..Every different place you sign in from is going to give you a different "outside" IP addy..Simply using other sites would in fact "refresh" your IP..

I could. (here in lies problem #2) I don't have a laptop.
I need one, I have a tablet though. I guess I could. I could also use my neighbors. But I run an ad a day in the for sale by dealer section (never owner) and an ad in the services section. Plus I occasionally sell used items.
Which is a good way to get extra money. Like two weeks ago a customer gave me an extra dryer, I fixed it and sold it for $150, those people gave me a dryer that I fixed and sold for $120, then those people gave me a dryer that I sold for $80, and then I got another dryer that is older than me that I donated to ASPCA.
Total parts costs to fix all the units was $30. So it was a profit of $320 for not really doing anything.
What got my IP in trouble was that to prepare for Disney I flipped a lot of appliances last week. I generally buy $500 worth of appliances a month and try to get a 200% return, this month (March)from appliance flipping I'm going on a Disney vacation.
So I now know what I did long, but I already wrecked my IP.
