Ellsbury, Beltran, and Gardner I would take it, if healthy he is a solid lead off/#2 hitter and a table setter

Curious as to what that rotation will look like

Sabathia
Tanaka
Kuroda
Nova
Hughes?

What's Pineda's status?

If healthy he is a an above average player and if they get 159+ games out of him it is a plus. I think he and Gardner at the top of the line up should steal 40+ bases each.

Although I know they will bat Gardener 9th as Jeter gets the #2 slot

My ideal line up would be

Gardner
Ellsbury
Beltran
Soriano
Texeira
McCann
Jeter
Roberts/Johnson
Roberts/Johnson

That's crazy that his production garners 13M a year. He's a decent/average OF, nothing special. It's a lot of money for a injury prone 30 year old guy, whose game was built around his speed..

Fangraphs has his value for his last 3 healthy seasons at $24M $22.1M and $16.1M

He's a great base runner and defender and he gets on base way above league average

He's played in 145 games 3 of the last 4 years

I looked the site up and it's pretty interesting. I'm not totally sure where they get the dollar figures from. But to be fair, Trout's dollar value for last season was 52.1 million. So he got ripped off really bad..

Well yeah Trout can be considered best player in the game behind Miggy and is still under his rookie deal so of course he is underpaid. He will be a 20+ million player before long and if he produces this year 30+ Million a year

He is a slightly above aveage CF. He will be playing LF where he is the BEST defensive LF in the league. The BEST.

I think 13 million a year is too much but looking at what they paid Elsbury I guess it's a bargain.

Solid player but they definitely overpaid. CarGo is supposedly moving to LF as well. Not sure I'd call Gardner the best defensive LF in the league.

I don't think he is overpaid, I think if he was a FA that would be his market value right now
