This meshes well with the outreach that Paul is doing in the Black community. His Dad was also very careful about how he spoke about Obama.

I have a dream that one day this nation will allow conservative persons and politicians to use the same insults towards a Democratic President that liberals get to use towards a Republican President.

Political naiveté. Paul - or any Conservative that wants to shrink the Government subsidies across the board - are fools to believe that they can ever get more than a mere less than 10% of the Black vote. Not going to happen. Money (Government subsidies) talks.
In all honesty, Paul would get more (redneck/racist) turnout and votes if he went all out racist and called Obama the N word...than any "reaching out to the Black community" will deliver.
Black are like Liberals, and Muslims; if they don't see the light in regard to the Ideology that they (tacitly) support, by now....they aint'.
