People are in this thread are acting like they've never been flipped off before.
Posted on 2/20/14 at 11:04 am to magildachunks
So that's a yes? Where'd you go to high school?

I wonder if they get equally mad if they see someone else get flipped off in traffic.

You're so edgy and defiant. I bet the women love you

Tell you what. Call the school. Tell them you want to know what will happen to the kid. Then report back with their response.

We're talking about complete strangers
You do realize there were probably kids from his own school that are "complete strangers" to him and his family, right?

You think they're just inquiring so they can hear the end of the story?
That is exactly all that was asked in this thread...all the rest is the control freaks on this board who try and tell people what to think or post....it's comical

Oh...that it is.
That.
It.
Is.

Look, I simply posted asking what the end results were....read the op
The rest of you guys who made all the comments, good or bad, are the reason this shite goes on. The other thread was anchored so there was no other way to ask my question. I went to my previous posts and read the thread to see if an update was there.
I personally am NOT happy the kid has to suffer, but such is life. I am very happy to see the school uphold the standards set and make sure NO kid is above those standards, under any circumstances!
Isn't this type of thing the exact thing that pisses most off when all are abiding by the rules and a party breaks the rules and makes a certain group of people all look bad?
Geez, it really is wierd that no matter what the topic, a bunch of idiots would take the wrong side
just because they are from the area, or family, or alumns, etc and not care about the fundamental aspect of a kid who broke the mission statement of the school WHICH ALL OF THE OTHER KIDS ARE EXPECTED TO FOLLOW!
That group really thinks this is about soccer at a small school.

People get pissed when other people get involved in their personal issues.

Still doesn't change the fact that its not your responsibility to keep the school officials in check. The fact that you emailed the AD and now you're wanting to know the result further goes to show that you're just a nosy-arse person.
I wouldn't be surpurised if you went beyond the AD yesterday, up to his boss, and you just couldn't post about it because the thread got locked.

This isn't professional soccer.
It is still a child. Let it go. Stop trying to ruin this kids life because he was a stupid teenager for a minute in public.

Hold up, you emailed the AD to see what happened to the kid?

Yep, even though HE WASNT EVEN AT THE GAME.

Again...where do you come in? Are you a parent on a kid at his school? Of the opposing school? Where do you wants and desires come in to play here other than being a busy body?

Sounded rambling...and angry.

No. It's about yours, and others, desire to police the actions of others whether they directly effect you or not. See Apex's glorious thread worrying about what Phillip Hoffman's desires were for his kid to be raised in either NYC, Chicago or San Fran.
I try and save my outrage over things that I can honestly say effect me on mine in some way. Your mileage clearly various...

Not only did he email the AD, only to get straight-up punked, he also called for fellow OTers to do the same. He was calling for the kid to get expelled for frick's sake!

Let em have it! After going to their site and reading the mission statement of the school and also one on athletics, there is no way this kid should not be disciplined if not expelled!

Honestly, that action by an adult was FAR worse than the kid showing his arse for an instant in the heart of the moment. That post was what he came up with HOURS after the event.
Let em have it...for frick's sake.
