"Budget Scotch" Similar to Talisker

Can anybody recommend a "budget scotch ($30 or less a fifth)" that is similar to Talisker?
I love Talisker scotch, but I am going through a fifth every two days which really adds up (cheapest I can find is $62.99).
I have read that Johnny Walker Black contains Talisker in it's blend, but it doesn't have the smokey, peaty taste that Taliskers does. I have read some mixed reviews about Black Grouse, and that is on my list to try. Also, I am trying to find somebody that carries Finlaggen since I have read some decent reviews about it, but I can't find it at any stores.
Any suggestions?

Campho-Phenique
All I can taste when I drink Taliskers
Maybe I should try it again
Maybe not

Johnnie may have done as it is owned by Diageo as well but grouse is mainly highland park and macallan stocks if I'm not mistaken. If you want a smokey blender scotch, try black bottle. It's all Islay Malts and delicious but for real scotch lovers.

It sounds like you have a drinking problem. It also sounds like you have a being poor problem.

White Horse has the peaty smoky flavors. It has Lagavulin in it's mix. Not sure about the others in it, but it gets good reviews for its price.

IMHO, regular Grouse is better than Black.
