Looks awesome. Good job, good effort!

I must say though, live in Tampa for 5+ years and you'll get pretty tired of Cubans and spanish food all together. It's good, but it's no crawfish etoufee or seafood gumbo!

Looks good, MD. I love my Cubano from Churro's here in Metairie.

When I make mine, I like to use roasted pork loin and I mix the mustard and butter together. I like the way that works out. No bread and butter pickles for me - EVER.

I did a lot if business in Tampa in the past. Always thought Tampa had a good range of interesting places to eat. Has it changed a lot in the past ten years?
