Alpharetta/Milton/Johns Creek
Wouldn't even consider anywhere else

Pretty good advice in here. Alpharetta, East Cobb, Milton, parts of Roswell, JC are all decent.
I'd argue Alpharetta is becoming more hit or miss than before, and Sandy Springs has always been hit or miss.
The 85 corridor sucks, you have to go to Suwanee or Flowery Branch to find livable space. ITP is good but not that convenient, although I do the reverse commute from midtown to SS now and it is decent.
