Finebaum meltdown - not just for ranters

On Paul Finebaum's show (Mon 2/3), Finebaum started the show discussing A.J.McCaron's interviews on various shows. A.J. was on Jim Rome and Dan Patrick's show. A.J. commented that younger players did not appreciate the effort it took to be good. That comment got A.J. in Finebaum's crosshairs.
Per Finebaum, A.J's comments were made a few days before NSD. These comments are self-serving and are a detriment to Bama recruiting efforts for 2014. A.J., dubbed Mr. Hollywood, might turn-off prized recruits and might indicate that current bunch of players were not motivated. Finebaum did not appreciate this negativity and focused his ire on A.J.'s leadership or lack thereof.
Finebaum's show airs in Baton Rouge on FM 104.4, tape delayed, at 8:00 pm. The day after Superbowl Sunday, Finabaum used his intro to discuss negativity towards Bama and another article (blog) calling Bama fans 'the worst in the world'. In Tiger Town, you wonder why a bama-centric show is being aired. Perhaps the radio station, which is an ESPN affiliate, is expected to (strong-armed) to carry a show that may be part of their SEC Network. Perhaps this show should be aired when the SEC Network is a reality and not until Finebaum has modulated his show to be palatable to all SEC denizens.
Hope the program directors pay heed to their programming. The bama-centric show introduces talk about another school in your community. When a radio host evangelizes for a program you could expect some following for team - leading to some players choosing that team. I'd rather listen to inane ESPN night programming than listen to Finebaum. I have tuned away from this station in the recent past, than let the radio drone on.
Original post that received rave reviews:
Finebaum started his show by reviewing A.J.McCaron's comments that 'Younger player's did not know the effort it took to succeed'.
FBum - He (AJ) is trashing the program just before NSD. He will affect the 5-start players and recruiting.
It's right up ranters alley. Taking some inane comment and expressing outage or melting down over perceived sleights.
Will this guy move away from being Bama-centric on his show, especially once ESPN-Network takes hold? If not Baton Rouge sports radio needs to switch to inane NFL/national commentary that can drone on in the background.
Hey Charlie Hanagriff - you cannot just list Bama as your pet peeve along with recruiting and provide a propaganda arm, while wondering why some of the state's players are considering other schools.
Leave the meltdown's for ranter's. If a radio host is melting down about something in BR, they should be making a case for local school.
Was I melting down or ranting?

I dunno. But that post lacked cohesion in a kind of disturbing way.

We are all witnessing a melt because of a melt caused by a melt?!?
