Unpaid. I would bet in general women have more paid maternity than men do paternity.
And I highly doubt that an equal amount of men take 12 weeks versus women. Just goes to the fact that women tend to miss more work than men.

But you agree men usually don't take it right? I have never seen a man take more than a week off after his wife had a baby.

Take 12 weeks off as a male for child birth and see how long you last when you get back
