If chicks miss more work than men, I don't see why they wouldn't get paid less in general. You'd tend to pay more for someone more reliable statistically. The difference isn't the. 77 Obama quoted though

Even if that only factors in pregnancy. Which we realize it is important and you should get paid for your time off. But why would an employer want to hire an equally qualified woman over a man, pay them the exact same, if it is more than likely they will miss an extended amount of time from work more than once.
