It's a mess. I think the game would be really fun if it actually worked. I don't think they'll ever fix it.
On the bright side, DirecTV just emailed me to say that they're sending me a $100 Visa card.

I don't know. They said my installation made me eligible for the gift card. I did notice the day after my stuff was installed I went to the DirecTV site and they had that gift as part of their startup deal.
Also, I agree with cool on the Zapp's. But Zapp's are not better than a Cool Ranch Dorito on a sandwich.
