When will people stop complaining about inequality?

people complained about SNL not having any black women but what if the producers couldn't find a funny black woman? are they supposed to hire a black girl who is not funny just to appease people?
same thing with women game announcers...I hate to say it but many are awful, let me listen to a dude that played in the NBA or NFL that knows what they are talking about instead of a girl who got their job to not piss off women activist groups
someone help me out here I am all about treating everyone with respect and equality but the thing is America is WAY more equal now they have ever been yet anyone in any type of social construct can cause a big fuss when there is the slightest hint of inequality and imo everyone is just overcompensating and giving less qualified people jobs over more qualified people so people don't get offended
its this whole "everyone gets a first place ribbon regardless of your performance"
please don't just look at this post and immediately write me off as racist/sexist (even though some may) please read and help me understand what's going on with this whole "inequality" thing
I am around people of different races and sexual orientations everyday and treat each one the same way I don't understand is why I have to continually bend over backwards further and further to make people feel accepted
Because for me, America is not "equal" at all, I am forced to go out of my way to treat people not in the same sexual orientation or race better than I do my own...I am more than happy to treat everyone in every social construct equal but I think it is unfair to expect anyone to overcompensate because someone is going to get their feelings hurt
so i ask when will people stop complaining about inequality?

This phrase gets me- Tax the greedy, feed the needy. My tax goes up in this scenario. I am not greedy, I just busted my arse to get to a higher tax bracket. So, tax me more because I put forth an effort to get to a better level of income? Damn son!

For people who complain about "inequality", true equality is never the real goal. In their minds, "equality" is a nebulous concept that changes in meaning depending on the desires of the person seeking such. Using inequal treament to artificially achieve their subjective definition is the only acceptible means of doing so.
Simply put, they desire "equal" treatment when it inures in their benefit, but not when it doesn't.

exactly. It baffles me how these people call it greed when you just want to keep the money you have earned, but when they want your money they aren't greedy. WTF
