Hey Fes

Just got back from Alexander's Market with a hodgepodge of prepared goodies. Aubrey was hand feeding me kalamata olives on the drive home.

Salad, pork chops, twice baked potatoes and sautéed spinach with onions and bread crumbs. (The bread crumbs soak up the liquid in the spinach so it doesn't make a mess on the plate. My MIL used to do this with canned spinach.)

If you are using chicken, sausage and pork in a single recipe, it does make it impossible to make small amounts unless you are measuring the meat out with an eye dropper.

Nothing but sun today. I haven't put my rollerblades on in like 3 years and would like to try again. But maybe another time...like during the week when the park isn't busy(I'm sure it's packed today)

Come 1 it should be all sunshine. I haven't broken my board out in about 6 months. I hope I don't wreck.

Sounds like nurse & st cajun live in areas of the country that have lots of outdoor activities. Closest thing we have to that in BR, is bars that have patios.

Skillet I have a choice of several mountains near me to hike. All within 30 minutes from me. One I can see from my front yard, trail is 5 minutes away(but not one you can bring dogs with you).

I thought J Black was extremely annoying, and not funny. That movie sucked.

I had a communion wafer for lunch.

I'm thinking smothered pork chops, white rice, Mac n cheese, and Lima beans for dinner. --- plus start some red beans for tomorrow.

Good afternoon, Fes. Just had a Weight Watchers pizza while I listen to the half time show of the Iona game. Your lunch sounds better than mine.

I think Reb's has us both trumped. But I have to say, my jambalaya turned out perfect. Just the right flavoring. Wish I had some white or lima beans to put on top.
