Might be a rehash of the same old anti-vax bullshite, but still...
Measles outbreaks (purple) worldwide and whooping cough (green) in the U.S., thanks in part to the anti-vaccination movement. (Council on Foreign Relations / January 20, 2014)
LINK
And still, the comments to the article might be an indicator that this anti-vaccination trend won't let up anytime soon.

A couple of manifestations stand out. One is the prevalence of measles in Europe -- especially Britain -- and the U.S. Measles is endemic in the underdeveloped world because of the unavailability of the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine.
But in the developed world it's an artifact of the anti-vaccination movement, which has associated the vaccine with autism. That connection, promoted by the discredited British physician Andrew Wakefield and the starlet Jenny McCarthy, has been thoroughly debunked. But its effects live on, as the map shows.

Some of this is anti-vaccination and some is illegal immigrants without vaccinations.

Looks like high concentration in areas with more illegal immigrants.
How was the conclusion reached that this is the direct result of the anti-vaccination movement?

why..can't they do their own research and choose whether or not to vaccinate just as you choose to??
I haven't had the flu shot in over 5 years.. No flu either

To be fair, those are also the high population areas and are destined to have more cases on numbers alone.

Some amazingly good news in the vaccine world: LINK
5 years ago, India accounted for nearly half of all new polio cases. Last week, India was pronounced polio free.

You obviously don't understand science.

Don Imus and his idiot wife are strongly anti-vaccination. A good reason to have your kids vaccinated.

Yep, I thought of that after looking at it again. I guess you'd have to look deeper at the individual cases, especially in SoCal, Tejas and Southern Florida.
And of course, being against vaccines will never reduce the number.
