There are some things that most would not know. BHM is used for black federal employees to have all sorts of paid trips to conferences throughout the nation. It makes for a legal opportunity for them to network and make alliances whereas other federal workers are denied that privilege. It is a complete scam and you all are paying for it.
There are also other months designated for other smaller groups such as Asian/Pacific Islanders; Gay Lesbian and transsexuals; Native Americans, just to name a few.
It is all a political scam.
Guess what group doesn't get a month?

Pretty sure MLK would not want a day honoring what he did. He would have said that he was only one piece of the struggle.
