There is a lot of Jazz at Jazz Fest. A ton. The side tents with the local acts are the best. Zydeco, blues, and all kinds of other local music too. The headliners are at the big stages, but there is stuff going on while those acts perform too. There is something for everyone.

yea it's a lot more than just music too. all kinds of exhibits and artists selling stuff.

The side tents are by far my favorite...I usually rotate from gospel (who can't like some gospel while drinking a cold one), jazz, to blues.
