First of all your cousin is only 17 so she shouldn't be in the redeye to begin with. Secondly her friends suck if they left her alone with some guy that she just met at the redeye and she's only 17.

Never do this, ever.
Of course she was too young. But you never leave any person alone at a bar with people they don't know. Her "friends" are to blame if anything bad happened.

Let's say you were at a bar, and you picked up a girl and had sex with her. Then find out after she is underage. Are you at fault for Carnal Knowledge? Because you would assume that anyone in the bar is of age, right?
I know not on topic and more of a SFP question, but I would say no, you are not at fault.

We leave people alone at bars all the time, of course were a little older. I'm sure she's fine though, not wanting to sound insensitive about your cousin, but she probably left with the dude and his at his house somewhere. Going to be embarrassing when she wakes up.
