Teddy, here's my deal
-23
-Graduated in May
-Been working since July as an electrical engineering consultant
-Lots of international work, expenses reimbursed
-Want a credit card with points and shite so that I'm getting something off my expenses. Been paying with debit card smh
-Have an AMEX gold premier rewards on my parents' account that I pay off every month. -3 credit reports have me ranging from 722-794
Denied for Amex Blue Cash Preferred and Chase Sapphire Preferred. Both said not enough accounts/not long enough history
What's something I can get for sure to get some credit? Kinda pissed off lol

Been paying with debit card smh
ETA: Chase Freedom is a good beginner card that usually gets approved but Teddy probably knows better ones out there for travel rewards

You call their reconsideration line? If you have the income, you may be able to get them to change their mind

I'm a medical student and had no credit; I applied for the AMEX Every Day credit card, got it and used it for a few months. I was then approved for the Capital One Venture Card. No regrets so far.
I needed to build up miles fast for interviews next year, so that would be my suggestion to you.
