You gave reasons for the 4 but didn't mention that they still failed under Monty. Thornton got pushed out, cp3 did enough to show value and quit on us, and Gordon isn't worth talking about.

I defended ego for 2 years. He's out of shape and less invested than his talent dictates. I was wrong and I'll admit it. Gordon has the strength and quickness to be a BEAST on d, even after losing a step post-surgery. if he cared 2 shites bout winning he'd hone that considering his offensive role has lessened. They got him his aau friends and it hasn't mattered. It's not necessarily Monty but it's definitely not something Monty would put on his resume.

CP3 and David west have gone on record and said that they decided they were done with the team when we traded Chandler. Besides, it's much more likely CP3 quit on us because we didn't even have an owner at the time. If we had, Dell, Monty AND Benson while CP3 was here, I think he may still be on our team.

So you have to be 100% to get credit for "developing" players? Again, I'm not even saying he's developing players, I'm saying he's "developing" players.

I don't think you can get Gordon to start rebounding and playing physical defense any more than you can get Okafor to dunk instead of missing layups. Getting players to focus on what skills to maximize or minimize is not the same thing as giving them a motor transplant.
