This was day 2 of x3 for me. So far it's pretty cool, I LOVE that the time limit has been cut in half, that's a big help in the mornings.

So far my biggest complaint is that Tony doesn't explain any of the moves first. That might be nitpicky, but pretty much every move is different from p90x (well, some are the same but have a different title or are tweaked a little bit), so he's like "ok we're doing [move], and go!" and I'm like "idk wtf we're doing". So 30 minutes turns into like 40 because I have to watch them do it, then rewind it, then do it with them.

I'm sure that won't happen after the first week when I know the moves, but it's still a tad irritating at this point.

shite still happens to me sometimes I tried to watch some reviews of other people on youtube that filmed their workouts for the upcoming days workout when I was first getting started. It helped to give an idea as to what was going on. But yeah, it's tough when you don't know what's going on to do it full on the first couple of times without stopping to try and figure out how they bend in to that shape or do this/that etc. It'll pass before you know it though

Its why i can n3ver finish p90x. I get so mad when i dint know how to do something and cant figure it out. I end up getting so frustrated i go back to lifting weights. Thats why i watched all the videos of body beast before i started to make sure i knew how to do everything.

I really only had that issue with the yoga, but I'm still in the 1st phase. A by chance of the movements are used over and over so you get familiar with them. My 2nd week workouts went way faster than my first.
