What I'm saying. Penn State removed all involved from their institution and let the law handle it. frick the NCAA for scapegoating.

There was a reason Penn St accepted penalties without fighting them. It was setting up a legal action (injunction) which they would've won. Notice soon as the "people started talking about legality and bylaws the NCAA backed off.
