What league is easiest and the most entertaining, and what teams are good. I know of the premier league and la liga and the German league with bayern Munich. And random question but how do I decide who to root for to make it more interesting.

to follow? By far the English league.
I personally find the English league most entertaining, but a lot of that may just be that it was the one I watched long before I was watching the others. The German league has a lot of great attacking players and is fun to watch.
Spanish League also has a lot of entertaining soccer. Italians too. Without Bein, I'm just not able to watch them other than Champion League Matches.
As for rooting, see the link above in the post. THere's no wrong way, but unless you came to it with a team that caught your attention, you're better off being patient. A player (dangerous because they tend to move to another team), soccer style, supporters, history, etc. will appeal to you.
Just don't pick Arsenal, ManU or ManCity and you'll be fine. Those teams say a lot about you as a person.

It's best to pick a big club (City, United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham) and then a smaller club.
My rooting interests are Manchester City (I started following them because I liked Carlos Tevez), Hull City ("The Tigers", Jimmy Bullard), and Wigan Athletic (?).
I had a huge dilemma when City and Wigan played each other for the FA cup. I was happy to see Wigan win some rare silver, but disappointed that City didn't win any. Wigan were immediately relegated, but Hull came up, so I still have my two teams.

English football did not exist for me until 2010 in the run up to the World Cup. Tevez played for City then. So I'm blue.
If I were a red, I'd have a real scummy mum & dad. Proper mingers, they'd be. I'd be a Billy-no-mates. I'd have a crap job, would be sittin' home on my tod and I wouldn't have a fit bird like Becky. Couldn't even imagine it.
Worth another look

If you want easy to follow, go with the EPL. If you want to be entertained, the Bundesliga.

The good thing is, you can follow more than 1 league. I follow the BPL and have been trying to watch more Bundesliga which, I agree, is highly entertaining.
I would suggest going to Wikipedia and reading up on the different clubs. See if you can relate to any. And just watch some matches. See which teams you're drawn to.

The etc. would add my team to that list, so I would like to keep it the way it was said.
