not sure why people are laughing at this
Lane was a ridiculously good OC at USC before he went to the Raiders. Also was recruiting coordinator for their 3 straight #1 classes
Saban as HC with Kiffin as OC would be quite scary if the two could work together

Wasn't Kiffin QBs coach or something because Sark was the OC under Carrol.

the only thing kiffin was good at was recruiting. norm chow developed that usc offense back in the heyday. usc's offense improved drastically after kiffin was fired as HC
