I was going to just list it when I posted my score but I'll list it here. I built this PC about 6 years ago and have only swapped out hard drives and the video card since then. When I initially built it I had a standard HDD in it. It now has a SSD.

MB: MSI P35 Platinum Combo LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX LINK
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz LGA 775 65W LINK
GPU: GeForce GTX 560 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 LINK
RAM: CORSAIR XMS2 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 LINK

I'm surprised it's actually lasted me this long. I'm still able to play "modern" games like Bioshock Infinite on mostly "high" settings, though I have to make concessions in other areas like aliasing for example.
