This thread is funny. I don't know if Saban is gone or not. My hunch is no. But for Bama fans to act like the reason he has not signed a contract is because he's recruiting is just stupid. I'm a corporate lawyer. I've done big deals with people supplying signature pages via fax or PDF for around the world. you think he can't sign because he's recruiting in texas or Florida or Louisiana? Get real.

Not only that, he can also sign it electronically. I know my last few years in the military, I used that method almost exclusively. Perhaps things are different in Tuscaloosa.
ETA: I just noticed you put PDF, so my post is redundant. Nevertheless, your post is spot on.
